- Stanhopea Frost ex Hook.
- ラン科 【属名】スタンホーペア属 [Stan.] エピデンドルム亜科。55(100)種が記載されているが、大部分は異名同種と考えられる。偽鱗茎は卵形で、革質長楕円形の葉が1個頂生する。花茎は偽鱗茎の基部から下垂し、肉質大形で嫌な匂いのする花を2～10個つける。ゴンゴラ(Gongora)・コリアンテス(Coryanthes)にきわめて近縁。

- ラン科 スタンホーペア・カンディダ ベネズエラ・コロンビア・ペルー・ブラジル原産。花は強い香りがあり、径約10cm、純白肉質で光沢がある。花期は夏。
- Stanhopea ecornuta Lem.;Stanhopeastrum ecornutum
- ラン科 スタンホーペア・エコルヌタ 中米産。花は径約12cm。花期は夏。
- Stanhopea graveolens C.Morr.;Stanhopea purpusii
- ラン科 スタンホーペア・グラウェオレンス メキシコ～中米・ブラジル～アルゼンチンにいたる広い地域に分布し、変異の幅も大きい。花は径約13cm。花色は変化に富み、白色ないしクリーム色、斑点は赤褐色ないし紫色。花期は春～初夏。

- ラン科 スタンホーペア・インシグニス ペルー・ブラジル原産。花は径約12cm、花弁は膜質で光沢があり、強い芳香を放つ。花期は秋。本属のタイプ種。

- ラン科 スタンホーペア・イェニシアナ パナマ・ベネズエラ・コロンビア・エクアドルに分布する。花は橙黄色でえび茶色の斑点がある。花期は秋。
- Stanhopea oculata (Lodd.) Lindl.;Ceratochilus oculatus
- ラン科 スタンホーペア・オクラタ メキシコ～コロンビア・ブラジルにいたる熱帯アメリカに分布する。花はバニラのような芳香がある。花期は秋。
- Stanhopea tigrina Bateman;Stanhopea devoniensis
- ラン科 スタンホーペア・ティグリナ メキシコ産。花は径20cmに達し、本属中もっとも大きい。花期は夏。
