ヒユ科 【属名】アルテルナンテラ;アルターナンセラ;ツルノゲイトウ属 joyweed; joy weed; alternanthera 約200種があり、世界の熱帯・亜熱帯、特に熱帯アメリカに多い。

ヒユ科 パロット・リーフ parrot leaf 多年草。赤・黄・橙などの葉を鑑賞する。
