Ailment Pain, diarrhea, astringent, hepatic disorders. Paste of leaves is applied to affected area to relieve pain. Bark is grounded and juice collected. Two teaspoon full of juice is taken twice daily; alternately, dried bark is powdered and made into pills the size of bean seeds. Three pills are to be taken twice daily for diarrhea and hepatic disorders. Fruits are eaten as remedy for hepatic disorders and juice from bark is used as astringent.

Ailment Anti-inflammatory, infrequent urination, burning sensation in urinary tract, fever, gastrointestinal problems, diarrhea, blood with stool, toothache, skin disorders. A few handfuls of leaves are boiled in 0. 5 L water till the volume is reduced to 1 glass (about 200 ml). The water is strained through cloth. Two tablespoons of the water is to be taken on an empty stomach till cure of the disease(s). Dried and powdered seeds are made into tablets the size of bean seeds.
