- Fothergilla L.
- マンサク科 【属名】フォザギラ; シロバナマンサク属 witchalder 北米東部に2～5種が分布する。落葉低木。花は葉に先立って穂状花序につき、花弁はなく、棒状の雄しべが目立つ。秋の黄葉・黄葉が美しい。

- マンサク科 ウィッチオルダー witch alder; dwarf witchalder 落葉低木。葉は秋に鮮赤色に紅葉する。春に、芳香のある小さな白い花が咲く。

- マンサク科 マウンテンウィッチオルダー mountain witchalder; Alabama fothergilla 落葉低木。葉は長さ10cmで光沢がある。花は開葉と同時に開く。花序の長さ約5cm。
