• Diaphananthe Schltr.

ラン科 【属名】ディアファナンテ属 [Dpthe.] 24(40)種があり、熱帯および南アフリカに分布する。アングレクム(Angraecum)に近縁の着生ラン。形態は変化に富むが、通常は短茎をもち、帯状の葉を垂らし、花茎も長く下垂して、小さな半透明の花を円筒状につける。花色は概して地味だが、香りをもつものが多い。

ラン科 ディアファナンテ・フラグランティッシマ ウガンダ・ケニアからモザンビークにかけて分布する。花は緑白色から黄色まで変異に富み、半開状で径2cm前後、香りが強い。花期は冬～春。

ラン科 ディアファナンテ・ペルキダ ウガンダ・コンゴから西アフリカに分布する。花は径1.5cm前後、淡黄褐色半透明で、有香。花期は秋～冬。本属のタイプ種。

• Diaphananthe xanthopollinia (Rchb.f.) Summerh.;Aeranthus xanthopollinius

ラン科 ディアファナンテ・クサントポリニア ケニア・ウガンダ・南アフリカ産。花は径1cm前後、緑白～黄緑色で半透明。花期は春。
