• Batemannia Lindl.

&ラン科 【属名】ベイトマニア属 [Btmna.] エピデンドルム亜科。5種が知られており、コロンビア・ベネズエラ・ガイアナ・トリニダードトバゴ・ブラジルに分布する。いずれも着生ランで、ジゴペタルム(Zygopetalum)に近縁だが、草姿はビフレナリア(Bifrenaria)に似ている。 &Batemannia colleyi Lindl. &ラン科 ベイトマニア・コリー 南米北部に分布。花は肉質で径約7cm、光沢のある淡茶褐色で、唇弁は純白色。花保ちが良く、芳香がある。本属のタイプ種。
