- Cephalanthera Rich.
- ラン科 【属名】ケファランテラ;キンラン属 cephalanthera; helleborine; efibaktis ユーラシア大陸に約14種が分布する。多年生の地生ラン。根茎は短い。葉は披針形で、茎につく。花はやや小形で、白または黄色。花期は4～6月。

- ラン科 ケファランテラ・ダマソニウム white helleborine ヨーロッパ産。根茎をもつ多年草。茎は直立し、広卵形の葉が互生する。茎頂に穂状花序がつき、クリーム色の花が咲く。花期は5～7月。

- ラン科 ギンラン(銀蘭) 日本全土・朝鮮半島・中国に分布する。高さ20～30cm。葉の長さは3～8cm。花は白色。花期は5～6月。

- ラン科 ケファランテラ・ロンギフォリア white lady; sword leaved helleborine; narrow leaved helleborine; long leaved helleborine 地中海沿岸産。短い根茎をもつ多年草。茎は直立し、披針形～線形の葉が互生する。茎頂に穂状花序がつき、白色で唇弁の内側がオレンジ色の花が咲く。花期は5～6月。
