- Abelmoschus Medik.
- アオイ科 【属名】アベルモスクス;トロロアオイ属 okra アフリカ・ユーラシアの熱帯に30～50種が分布する。一年草、多年草。フヨウ属(Hibiscus)に似る。葉は互生し、普通掌状に分裂する。花は葉腋または頂生の総状花序につく。

- アオイ科 トロロアオイ;トロロ;クサダモ;オウショッキ manioc hibiscus; sunset muskmallow 中国原産の一年草。根を和紙製造の粘着剤として用いる。
