研究内容
- 遺伝子発現と揺らぎの関係
遺伝子発現は内在的，外在的ゆらぎの影響を受ける．このようなゆらぎをLangevin方程式を用いて解析する．
特に遺伝子発現に影響を及ぼす揺らぎは強い時間相関を有する．このような時間相関の影響を数値的に解析している．
- Superstatistics的確率過程
Superstatisticsは示強変数（温度など）が揺らぐと過程した統計モデルであり
のようにモデルに階層性を持たせたモデルである．ベイズ的な統計力学と捉えることも出来る．
