Primers for NGS Analysis
This is a lecture material for international students who want to study bioinformatics for Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies. In this course, we will use "Maker" as a test annotation platform. Please read the tutorial at MAKER_Tutorial_2013@GMOD to fully understand this course.
