The paste is applied to the injured area for 0.5 hour in case of children, 1 hour for adults. Note that application for longer times may deform bones instead of mending. 2. Bone fracture. Whole plant of Cissus quadrangularis is mixed with whole plant of Justicia gendarussa, Cuminam cyminum (jeera, English: cumin), Trigonella foenum graecum (methii, English: fenugreek) and three heads of Anabas testudineus.
