ヒユ科 【属名】アマランツス;アマランサス；ヒユ属 pigweed; amaranth; hopi red dye; flower armoure 一年草。小さい花が詰まった円錐花序または色彩豊かな葉を鑑賞する。

ヒユ科 ヒメシロビユ prostrate pigweed; white pigweed; white amaranth; tumbleweed; pigweed amaranth 一年草。北米インディアンは種子を食用にした。
