環境変数を取得するextensionです。
取得できる環境変数はHTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGEのみです。

現在はlang変数以外は使えません。

Installtion
- Download the source code and rename it to GetEnvironment.php.
- Place it in the extensions/ directory.
- Insert the follow lines to LocalSettings.php
